Proof of seminal fluid
We safely proof the existance of seminal fluid on textiles by three tests:
- stain reaction with ACCP, the acid/prostatic phosphatase: 25€ each
- immunochemical chromatographic reaction with monoclonal antibodies to the prostate-specific antigen PSA in semen: 60€ each
- a microscopic analysis of semen: 55€ each
all three analysis last about 30 minutes.
Proof of identity or parentage verification of animals
Animal genotyping characterises clearly and uniquely individuals by alleles an specific markers. Up to now, an offspring's parentage has been confirmed by breeding books and serological methods. Molecular biologists use DNA Markers for the proof of identification or for verification of parentage. PCR techniques with microsatellite markers that are evenly distributed across the genome and are highly polymorphic allow quick and reliable results with little sample requirements.
